Area Sales Manager Installation Ireland

As our Sales Representative Installation for Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in Ireland. This is a dynamic, results-driven position for someone who thrives in an environment of ambitious goals.

Your Role

In this position, you will own the development and performance of all sales activities in Ireland. Acting as a true brand ambassador, you will build strong partnerships throughout the value chain and actively contribute to DUCO’s long-term success in the Irish market.

Key Responsibilities

Grow and strengthen the DUCO brand across Ireland, engaging with installers, distributors, consultants, and housebuilders.
Actively support and advise distributors and installers, ensuring they are confident advocates of DUCO solutions.
Prescribe DUCO products and USPs to consultants and housebuilders by informing, advising, and answering technical and commercial questions.
Work closely with distributors by:
- Providing product training
- Supporting them with technical or commercial challenges
- Identifying, tracking, and following up on project opportunities
Visit, train, and support installers who generate demand and purchase DUCO products through our distributor network.
Maintain strong market awareness by monitoring local developments and identifying new residential projects involving mechanical ventilation and solar shading.
Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding turnover targets in Ireland.
Act as the voice of the Irish market by sharing insights, trends, and customer feedback with product managers to support future product development.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, supported by internal sales teams at our Belgian head office.
Use the CRM system to accurately log sales visits, accounts, and leads, ensuring data quality and timely reporting.
Report directly to the Sales Manager UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential HVAC, ideally with a focus on residential ventilation.
A true hunter mentality: driven, proactive, and motivated to win new business.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and commercially sharp.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
A collaborative team player who actively shares knowledge and insights.
Based in or near Dublin, with flexibility and willingness to travel across Ireland.

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential mechanical ventilation, with a strong focus on MEV and MVHR systems.
A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the residential mechanical ventilation market.
Self-driven and results-oriented with a proactive hunting mindset for generating new business and the ambition to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel within the South East UK, including London.

Jouw functie

Als interne sales medewerker geef je telefonisch en per email commerciële ondersteuning aan onze klanten voor de productgroep façade in het land/de regio waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent.
Je job is heel veelzijdig en je bent het eerste en vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in jouw land/regio. Jouw klanten zijn onze DUCO-dealers.
Vanuit je commerciële verantwoordelijkheid werk je het gepaste ventilatieconcept uit (materiaalbehoeftes en pricing) op basis van de input van de klant.
Je wordt een ‘healthy space’ Dankzij jou krijgen onze klanten een natuurlijk en gezond binnenklimaat.
Je ondersteunt jouw buitendienstmedewerker en vormt zo een commerciële “tandem” voor de klant.
Daarnaast geef je eventueel ook opleiding over onze producten. Dit kan in onze DUCO Academy of ter plaatse bij de klanten.
Je neemt deel aan beurzen en staat ook in voor de administratieve verwerking hierna.
Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de administratie en opvolging in het CRM-systeem (Dynamics 365).
Je helpt vanuit je functie mee met het uitbouwen van de naambekendheid van DUCO voor jouw land/regio.
Je analyseert de markt op basis van marktinformatie en cijfermateriaal, daarnaast analyseer je ook data.
Je werkt heel nauw samen met jouw collega’s binnendienst en rapporteert aan de manager internal sales.

Jouw profiel

Je hebt een technische affiniteit en bent leergierig.
Je spreekt, leest en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Engels en/of Frans (afhankelijk van de regio/het land waarop je zal werken).
Je kan vlot overweg met Excel.
Verder heb je een vlotte persoonlijkheid en beschikt over sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden.
Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en bent sterk in het organiseren van zaken.
Jouw flexibele en klantgerichte houding zorgen ervoor dat de groothandels jou als centrale contactpersoon zien binnen de organisatie.

En tant que Key Account Manager – Région Liège, Namur & Luxembourg, vous gérez et développez un portefeuille de clients professionnels (installateurs, promoteurs, prescripteurs) et détectez de nouvelles opportunités de projets. Vous combinez expertise technique, sens commercial et proximité client au sein d’une entreprise innovante en pleine croissance internationale.

Votre Fonction

Vous êtes responsable du suivi des contacts clients et développez des relations avec les responsables de projets des distributeurs Duco, des grandes entreprises d’installation, des développeurs de projets, des promoteurs immobiliers et des prescripteurs.
Vous prospectez également le marché à la recherche de nouveaux projets dans le secteur de l’installation.
Vous êtes responsable du groupe de produits de la ventilation mécanique (système C, système D et conduits d’air).
Le cas écheant, vous assurez vous-même des formations auprès de nos clients.
En collaboration avec les contacts désignés du service interne, vous assurez une approche efficace du marché. Vous travaillez également en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues du service externe.
Vous rapportez au Sales Manager BeLux.
Vous tenez à jour votre agenda et vos rapports de visites dans le système CRM.

Votre Profil

Vous êtes titulaire au minimum d’un bachelier à orientation technique et vous disposez d’une expérience commerciale sur le marché des installateurs.
Vous avez une affinité avec les produits techniques du bâtiment ; une connaissance de la ventilation et du chauffage constitue un atout.
Vous avez une personnalité dynamique et établissez facilement des relations. Le développement de votre réseau professionnel est une priorité pour vous.
L’orientation client et une communication claire sont vos points forts.
Vous travaillez aisément avec un système CRM.
Vous êtes bilingue NL/FR.
