Export Manager - Eastern Europe

You will actively prospect in the Eastern European countries and expand our distribution network for ventilation systems

Department: Sales
Region: Europe (Poland, Baltic States, Slovakia, and Czech Republic)

		Your function
		As an export manager, you will actively prospect in the Eastern European countries
You will independently expand the distribution network in these areas
You will devise country-specific strategies and determine the appropriate distribution channels, building dealer networks accordingly
You will ensure follow-up on sales activities in the designated export markets
By conducting thorough market screening you will establish and lead a sales team
You will provide input to the marketing and R&D departments to determine appropriate actions and products
You will report to the Export Director

	

		Your profile
		Bachelor's or Master's degree
Willing to work on a self-employed basis
Several years of experience as an export sales manager or business development manager
Affinity with the construction sector
Residing in the region and willing to travel extensively (60% of your time)
Fluent in English and preferably Polish
An enthusiastic and motivating coach, working with a focus on results and service
Able to interpret numerical data and analyses swiftly, and devise commercial actions based on them
A relationship builder who embraces pioneering and prospecting work
Motivated to build long-term relationships with dealers
